Contextual Advertising Networks

Contextual advertising is quickly becoming one of the most popular ways to place ads on your site. All that you have to do is place small piece of code on your site. The advertising network then uses this code to serve targetted (usually text) ads onto your site based on the content of that page. This takes all of the guess work out of getting targetted ads onto your site.

This is where it all started, Adsense is the big contextual advertiser on the block...one of the best too.

Yahoo! Publisher Network
